25. Busey was almost killed in a motorcycle accident many years ago and sustained brain damage. He may seem a little off but he really does make sense most of the time.

29. The man gives crazy a WHOLE NEW definition and he has certainly bumped his head one too many times. That said I spend time with him every year at the Malibu Chili cook Off , the man knows his chili !!! and after he his done hitting on you he actually is very nice, crazy, but nice in a sweet grandfatherly way !!!
