16. well of course tmz staffers would do this. they allways have shown a lack of respect week after week. i hope harvey will hire someone with a little class to look at the crap that goes out on his sight, i know merv is gay and so are the tmz writers, so maybe it's a inside joke that straight people are missing here. but please tmz, your getting a little too close to acting like prez hilton now! just my thoughts

17. sharon, if you 'think' that's what TMZ was "going on" for an angle, then they should have at least done some kind of 'write up' along with that picture, explaining 'why' they decided to come up with that.............. it's still CRASS. sheesh.

Merv Griffin was a great guy and a huge success who never treated individuals in bad taste like little guy Harvey Levin. You have onlly to read the story on Laura Bush and her daughter to know how low the rising star Levin can get to know how long success is goign to last for him .. NOT

We will miss you classy Merv Griffin and I'm glad I had years of being in your company as your friend .... you were the best of all.

28. Arthur Treacher introducing Merv to Heaven might have been a better visual to be funny about it Harvey, in lieu of VW. Merv deserved the class Treacher brought to him yet still with a tinge of humor to it all.
