TMZ caught up with porn star Mary Carey last night outside of Koi restaurant, where Mary was knocking back a few to get over the papers filed against her by near-namesake Mariah Carey.

Apparently, Mimi doesn't like getting confused with Mary and has opposed Mary's request to trademark the name. Mary says Mariah is "Crazy! She's Crazy! Mary's my name!"

While TMZ cameras rolled, Mary fielded a phone call informing her that one of her spurned "stalkers" has issued a press release in support of Mariah. Her bubbly attitude seemed to burst.

34. I must say, when I saw the article for Mary Carey stripping in the store, I thought they just nicknamed Mariah like they do everyone else (i.e. La Lohan, Madge). But all I had to do was keep reading on and they made it clear when they said "porn star Mary Carey". People know that Mariah Carey isn't a porn star (yet). Mariah does bring up a small point but, I'm definitely on Mary Carey's side for this one.
